Brine is the most efficient and economical system for the freezing of shrimp and other products of the sea and aquaculture. This type of freezing, due to the rapidity of heat transfer, allows to reduce the freezing times to surprising minimums that in the case of shrimp range between 7 and 10 minutes to reach temperatures of -14 ºC, and with a brine a - 18 ° C.
Our lines are composed of a brine freezing tunnel (shower o shovels system) and a drying tunnel (BREEZE-S)
Shower system continuous tunnels
Ideal for freezing block cases or delicate product in IQF like shrimp.
S-SHOWER: Our brine with isothermal container incorporated with freezing capacities from 3000 to 6000Kg / hour.
S-SHOWER-ECO: A more economical version for productions from 1000 to 2000Kg / hour. The isothermal container in this case is optional.
Continuous tunnel with immersion system and shovels S-INM-PAL
Maximum productivity in the minimum space, from 1000 to 6000KG / hour and ideal for whole pelagic in IQF such as sardine.
