This is a highly efficient machine. As a part of a line, PALINOX frequently incorporates this equipment in continuum lines for prawn (shrimp) cooking but also for giant squid legs and many other small fish of small sized, between 10 and 500 grams.
The heating system is by direct steam and incorporates a chamber with a turbine burner for gas or gas oil within the vat.
It features an easy immersion system and thanks to its triple belt design, allows the cooking of the fish to be controlled in an extremely precise manner, thus avoiding excessive and unnecessary shrinkage of the product. The vat is totally thermally insulated, eliminating any temperature loss and consequently saving energy costs.
There are 4 models, which vary slightly in size, to reach different outputs: 300 kg/h, 500 kg/h, 750 kg/h and 1.000 kg/h output.
