Defroster by immersion, baskets system.
High-performing compact equipment for fast defrosting by immersion with temperature control. It is designed for prawns (shrimp), mainly for fish preparation aimed at fish restaurants. It is also useful for other small-sized fish.

In the defroster by immersion, the fish is introduced (shrimp or prawns) into the baskets together (12 units) in a stainless steel structure and through an ariel lift, and in a record time manages to defrost the product in optimal conditions.

It is equipped with a combustion chamber in order to keep the water temperature stable. It can be manufactured with gas, gas-oil, vapour burners or electrical resistors. In no case are the consumptions costly, as it is only to keep the temperature stable. It includes a powerful agitator for water recirculation with this being the main reason behind the defrosting.

It includes a control panel to regulate temperatures and operate. It is made entirely out of stainless steeland it can be built with a number of structures depending on the clients’ needs.

- The option to choose the linings with blue-coloured plates, improves the appearance long term. It is very resistant to knocks.
